This week’s EQXposure features Mike McMann Band, watch Reggie Run and more

Every Sunday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., you’ll find EQXposure on WEQX, with two hours of local music from emerging artists. Tune in to this Sunday evening to listen to new music from the Mike McMann Band, Watch Reggie Run and more!

WEQX has long been the premier independent station in the New York Capital Region, broadcasting from southern VT to an ever-expanding audience. NYS Music brings you a taste of artists to discover every week, just a taste of talent for fans like you to discover.

Mike McMann Group

Mike McMann played in various groups in the Capital Region for 30 years. He also performs as a solo artist and publishes his own music under the name Mike McMann Band. His song “Future” asks the question, “What if tomorrow never comes? No life under a frozen sun”, While the bluegrass instrumental“ Walleye Vision ”shows off McMann’s banjo skills.

Watch Reggie Run

Watch Reggie Run is a father-son duo founded in 2017 by Dave and Luke Graham. They started playing to connect with each other, as Luke has autism and his communication skills are limited. Their new song “When the Snow Flies” arrives just in time for Christmas, evoking visions of magical elves and reindeer.

Blue Girl

Singer-songwriter Girl Blue has released “Little Virgin”, a single from her upcoming album, Heavy heart. EQXposure has previously featured Girl Blue, previously playing “Strangers” and “Heaven”. Heavy heart releases on December 15, with Girl Blue’s website featuring a set that includes the album, t-shirt, candle, and letter to the listener.

Previously a singer-songwriter for Fort Rooster, Rob Fleming arrived with his first solo project. As Rhoseway, he writes, arranges and produces himself. “Ode to Arrows” is Rhoseway’s most recent single, and it sometimes sounds McCartney-esque positively.
